When God rested on the seventh day, His works of creation were complete. The Lord included rhythms in nature to sooth our souls… from ocean waves to birds to crickets to trees. You and I have been naturally designed to rest (and heal), like God did on the seventh day, especially in tune with nature. Let’s get out and rest in nature.
